I trade SPX option credit spreads that expire on the same day that I trade them. These options are only traded on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I am usually in and out of a trade in less than 3 hours.
Worried about PDT restrictions? No need to worry!
By taking one trade three times per week, you will avoid Pattern Day Trading (PDT) restrictions since you are not exceeding three trades within a five day period.
