Same Day Credit in Cash/IRA accounts?

Which brokers offer same day or next day credit in IRA/cash accounts. IB is T+3.

MyTrack is same day and CyberTrader is next day, but they won't allow the purchase of the same stock (not a problem for me). I believe Fidelity is next day also.

Any others?

They all have to abide by T+3 in cash accounts .
