salary + bonus??

A company that I am with pays a salary to its trading groups plus a semi-annual bonus.

Being as I am a newly hired clerk. I don't want to start asking all these questions.

So has anyone traded on these terms before? Do you actually pull down good amounts of money from these bonuses?

Put it like this . . if you don't pull down good money two quarters in a row . . . you know you won't be working there much longer.
 
Maybe I should rephrase this..

In this style of compensation.. how much can a trader expect to draw (% wise) against his profits?

keep in mind that this is group trading.
