I actually ended up giving up ALL the artificial sweeteners, the last holdout being the sweet n' low for my coffee. After giving up that AND the flavored coffee creamer as part of my New Year's resolution, I didn't enjoy the coffee as much. So a couple of weeks ago I cut back from 3 cups of coffee a day to 1. (I was feeling like an addict
) I had a headache for about 1 day from the caffeine withdrawal. Not sure how long I'll stick with the 1 cup a day thing, but it's OK for now.
