1985??? Wow, she's really reaching. Guess he wasn't worth alot back in '88 when they divorced. I would imagine the statute of limitations has run out in 25 years. The Reagan Defense would probably be the way to address this; "I don't recall . . . "

It was my understanding that Statue of Limitations was based on 5-years after you first became aware. now there could be an end date as well but if you were deceived for 20 years and only found out last year, I would hope you had a legal right to seek restitution based on the fraud of deception itself.

as for this case, this is the tip of the iceberg for good old Stevie.
