I would bet good money that his fund had wall street bankers money in it for a long time. So the insiders giving the best info would get the benefits of their inside information.
i am sure you can find presents going to bank employees from SAC traders but the real move is the banks and their pay off is inflated commissions. if you want to clean up the system you need to take out Pablo Escobar too not just one of this street dealers.
