SAC Capital raising $3B for new fund

How does a hedge fund like SAC go about a hiring binge? Seeing how they have no website... I read one NY Times article, but it was primarily about other things than hiring. Is there a different article?

By above market risk....is that also to imply (i suppose obviously) above market return? Any articles on his funds, or the new one where they talk a bit more about the strategies? Or not becuase they are making money and super secretive?
