Hi Gary!

First, thanks a lot to you and Speculari for the videos! I was finally able to download it. Hope to watch it this weekend.

How about a market where there's always something going on: the Hang Sang Index futures in Hong Kong! :). The enclosed chart of last week shows some nice moves! :)

Seriously, I started looking into using your S/R levels for this market, so the chart shows my take for Monday.

Long at: 17643

Short at: 17536

I'm only aiming at 20 points, which is HKD 1,000, about USD 130, but given the volatile nature of this index perhaps I should aim at more points. Experience will tell.

Am looking forward to your comments concerning the chart!

Thanks Gary,
I just have too much work in University. I try to keep up with this thread and apply what I've learned in stocks on longer timeframes.

Thank you, hopefully Oct will be better than Sept was. I made a profit albeit a small one in Sept. Just not that many trend days and I seem to be getting less days to trade here lately.
 
1280 Pages!!!

I did it!!! It's taken a couple of weeks of effort but I read 'em all. I wrote a full page of questions while I read. I didn't want to be unappreciative by posting questions that had already been addressed. And as expected, most of the questions I had have been answered over the course of this thread. I've cut and pasted 71 pages of pertinent posts for review. The links posted all offered good information which should also keep me busy and learning for some time. I've also enjoyed trading along side you as I set my charts to the same day you are on and try to see what you are seeing. Comparing my daily S/R calls to Gary's has also been invaluable!

I've already sent a PM to Gary but I just had to say it here. I really can't begin to express the immense gratitude I have for this thread. The generosity of Gary and all of the posters here is certainly a rare find. I have been working part-time on my trading for many years now. This is the closest I've come to putting it all together into something I can use. The books I've read provide a certain level of knowledge, but the experience here is the closest I will probably ever get to working with a mentor. The training videos were amazing, over the top, and excellent!!

I will stop before I put my foot in my mouth. Many thanks to everyone. You can expect me to post here as long as the thread remains open.
