I get mad at myself when I make a mistake as well. Wether I win or lose I hate to make a mistake. I can get over a loss if I do what is right but not when I do something wrong.

Did you non YM traders see this gap down today? I know the YM guys saw it.

Well going SHORT at the return to yesterdays high (no 1353.25 yet) has worked out very well...........look how clean the shift to "negative" delta was right at the top...........

...jump in at 1349.00 SHORT and we had good follow through right away.

NQ did it also. Those are gaps that would blow right through any stop.

Lets see how accurate I will after a trend day. Yesterday was easy due to S/R being above the high and below the low. But thanks for the props.
