You know one thing about luck, I was taken to court once by the council's environmental department (I hated them and they hated me - result they wanted to create closure, yes it does happen in the UK). Anyway, this bitch of a judge looked at me and told me that I was incredibly lucky not to have poisoned someone, to what I replied that 8 years of daily operation and not a single food poisoning had nothing to do with luck, it was called professionalism. She didn't like that very much and slapped a huge fine on me, which I got overturned in the Crown by a proper judge.

Great.....kept fighting and won.....that says a lot!!!
