Yeah not bad. I admire your (and others on the journal) discipline.
Also its important not to change your system like your underwear.

However it is important to be able to fine tune any system and to be open minded to accept and evaluate other ideas on an ongoing basis and to slowly trial and integrate them if they show promise.

Some of the very experienced guys took many many years to develop there systems right.

I should have taken that long :mad:

I need to watch the screen, i'm missing trades.

I know it's time to call it quits for the day when I pull up the ER2 chart thinking I can make back my money:( . I don't know why I do that but everytime I have a bad day i start watching the ER , as soon as that happens I quit for the day.
 
I think that today is officially the crappiest day range wise, I've got just one candle on a 4pt range chart since like 10:09am EST!

This looks like the reversal, I am short

Edit: I dont know about 1305 anymore just a short trade on the ER2 :)
