You need more data points, before you can be sure that it is TRULY a flag..... it is not here yet, with this time-frame. Maybe you can try a different time-frame (smaller TF) and see....

Yeah, I had been looking at that pennant as well. But I think right now it is too jumbled to know. This one could fail just as easy as it could work.

Not a thing. That chart pattern really could have gone either way. I had a bull wedge with a bearish trianlge. Right now it looks like the triangle has won.

Pretty much is for me, no trades today. I have to go sign the papers for my new pool today. I hope they get started on it next week while I am on vacation.

Broke out my copy of Bulkowski's Chart Patterns and read up on the descending triangles...since I see them forming on the ES and YM.

Good book btw.
