Hey i have looked through most of this thread and i found it amazing that something so simple could be so effective. How bout some trade vital stats for us?

Win%, Loss%, average winner, average loser, worst drawdown, Streak, etc. Keep it up hope the rest of your summer goes well. I will catch up with this thread later in the week when i am able to find time.

Well BigBrent.

I guess I could lie to you and give you all kinds of numbers but the truth is I don't keep a tally of all this. I used to do it a long time ago but never really used the data for anything. So I look at my daily sheet from the brokerage company and save the monthly ones. As long as it is growing on monthly basis I let it go at that.

I run 2 companies including accounting and sales so I guess you could say I have gotten lazy about accounting for trading.

Sorry,
Gary

oh alright seems like you have been doing well. Thanks anyway

Sorry, but I thought the truth would be the best thing to say. Do you or anybody else really keep all this data. If so does it help you in any way?

I know when I have been losing and need to tweak things without alot of numbers to tell me. Let me know if I am wrong. I know everyone says this is a must, but I never found it useful.

You're like Ty (Chevy Chase) in Caddy Shack that way. Don't really keep score and play in the zone. :D
