thanks, ya that's my girl, 11 months old soon, I am lucky she does not look too much like her Dad :D

Enjoy them while they are little. They grow up fast. And turn into teenagers...:(

You are so right. But I really think every year that goes by I have more and more fun with my son. He is only 10 right now so he still likes me. Probably won't when he is a teenager and finds out I am an a$$hole. But Romik your little girl is beautiful I know you are proud.

when u find your stuff that works stay with it until it doesn't work anymore.......it might surprise you and work forever

....i don't alllow but very little thinking.....no mind bias....try to never say i think this is next or most likelyh or proabably.....that stuff is bad for anticipating stuff adn that will kill you.....seeking more knowledge can be a trap and usually is....i don't have time with many trades setting up each day.........i wait for signal that is always and i mean always highest probability...it is the ultimate edge.....i exit when most r planning entry.....no brag just fact that took many years to perfect........5 full years this february.....ridiculous but i love the challenge not the money.....money is green paper...u cna't take it with you and if u do it might get burned up anyway.. ........4re has a signal...he waits for it to be hit he enters.....based on backtesiting and realtime testing....he ha s a mechanical system .....he plans it early that is very mechanical........he plans it he sees it he takes it....that is mechanical.....he is a great guy, go with him in a very positive way and u will get something from this forum workin gtogether.........

i only say the above for encouragement to the sincere ones.....i don't care if anyone believes or not....i am only here for interraction with other traders, as i don't get much of that and most don't.......not many traders around my neighborhood how about yours?

You must mean you dont think much realtime;
sounds like you have thought & worked a lot [of years]during non market hours:cool:

My son is is only 8 right now so he is still normal. My daughter is
now a teenager. She thinks she is 25...:p

She was so much cuter when she was little. If only they would
stay young like puppies and kittens...:D

And 4re, you are correct about being proud of your young ones.
They are always the cutest ones out there...:)

I for one, vote for keeping the thread going, even though we know that you won't be trading some or many of the S/R levels.

It's been a good learning experience, and I'd appreciate it if you could continue.

Thanks.

Sandy

P.S. Just came back from a camping trip with my 10 year-old son (oldest of 3 kids), and you're quite right about how great this age is. It's cool when they still look up to you, wonder about the world, and ask for advice. If I do a good job, that will last a lifetime. We'll see......

Thank you Sandy. We can try to keep it going and I'll trade futures when I can. I did do some last week anyway. When I come home in the middle of the day and trade I tend to use other breakout patterns unless it is close to my S/R levels. I use chart patterns like pennants and wedges. I really like continuation pennants. These are the intraday clusters that usually form the next days S/R levels only you are seeing them as they form.

You know I have never taken my son camping. Doesn't that suck. As an ex infantry grunt canping just isn't as fun as it used to be. Too many weeks spent deep in the jungles and dessert for me. Now give me an M16 and rucksac throw on a parachute and give me the green light and I might get excited again. I absolutely loved being a paratrooper.

Hey everybody, I am back. To an extent anyway. Since I always wanted this to be more of an educational thread more than just a signal or ego thread here are a couple of formations to be aware of. These are usually very good strong formations for us breakout guys. I hope this will help you for tomorrow as well as later in the week. I know most if not all on here are intraday traders and these are 60 minute and daily chart but they could be good signals for future moves.

Here is the first one:

And here is the second one.

oops, this isn't what I wanted to attach. Here is a good daily chart. Looks very bearish for the near future. We will see if it plays out.

Sorry it is a little late but hre are the S/R levels for today. We could be in for boring trading sessions leading up to Fed meeting. Don't push a trade just to be trading.
