Today sucked,

The only move of the day this morning and I was outside trying to stick wires back in the dash of my car with the cops. Someone got my cd player that doesn't work anyway and pulled the console out of my car . Sitting here all day with flat russell charts didn't make me anymore chipper. I need to remember not to trade option day. Well anyway, this would be a good day to write down not to trade and watch your car stereo. Trying to think good thoughts about my fellow man and tomorrows action.

Have you ever looked at other markets that aren't indexes? On days like this its good to have other options since all the indexes basically move the same. I would recommend looking at crude oil miny (QM) and the Euro-Fx ( EC or 6E).

They both produced some nice moves today.

Good point,

When I've been around long enough to learn how to trade one market efficiently I will let myself look into others. Whenever I look at other charts during the day I don't seem to have the same feel for how it acts. I don't know whether it is smart or not to focus on one market to learn, but it feels right to me for now. I hope you did well today.

Do you write for trading markets very often. I look at that website daily but this is the first I noticed of you posting on there. I always look for new articles from Kevin Haggarty. I respect that mans trading very much. Nice article from you as well. Your summary was spot on.

Hey Guys and Gals,
Sorry I have not been around much the last couple of weeks. It isn't that I did not want to be here by any means. My business just got crazy as ever. I hope this break away has given you guys a chance to work some of this trading stuff out for yourselves and that you have done well without me or my rambling.

Here is what I am seeing for tomorrow and the near future. You will notice that the green lines are forming what I believe to be a continuation pennant to the upside. Should be tomorrow by the looks of it. The only problem I see with that is the options expiration followed by a fed meeting next week. That could and probably should stall the market some IMO. We actually need this pause for a nice up move after. I hate these pauses but they are actually healthy for the market.

Long 1376.25

Short 1367.25

Due to the fact that 1376.25 was very well respected as resistance during the night I would wait until 1377.50 to go long on the ES. That should go up to about 1380 giving a safe 2 points.
