Delta might still be negative but price action is bullish into the close. You're a smart guy, but I'm not a true believer in MD, hell, I bet YOU could come up with something better. :p

Best Regards,

Jimmy Jam

Negative delta does not mean you cant take LONG trades......I had three LONG "delta" based trades today after 12:45 CST and they all hit multiple profit targets. If I get a SHORT signal on a day with negative "delta" then I may let the position run more than normal.....it is just something to be aware of when managing positions.

Your style works on trend days much like gary's but on chop it does not work very well. My way is the opposite, I usually get killed on a trend day unless it agrees with my predefined bias. My definition of killed is -2 points for the day. Obviously you have a higher pain tolerance than me.

I will say this one last time :D

If you trade 1 lot instead of your max (40) is your stop going to be strict 2 points or could you allow yourself to adjust it? Don't worry about the reasons why you would be trading reduced size for now, just please answer the Q

Actually no.....there is a big position still being held and we would need to press 1333.00 level to get them to bail. Asian markets will be questionable tonight and EU was weak last night so I do not think they are worried. We had a "lifting" of the offer rally into the close and we are still highly net negative.......nice set-up imo.

BTW, riding with the "Bears" this a.m. made me some huge hits after a great 07:30 CST news "bracket" trade, and then market opening "bracket" trade. :)

Speaking of Gary, did anybody trade my S/R numbers? If you did then you got your 2 points very easily. I didn't get to trade them I was busy playing with software

We bounced 2.75 higher than the short entry the first time but the second time you were dead on.

I think it only a 2 point bounce it would have been a 2.25 bounce on my entry.
