Alright, Gary finally got a couple of trades under his belt. It is about time let me tell you. Well here are my numbers for tomorrow.

Long 1328.25 - 1342??? We are kind of in no mans land right now on the upside.

Short 1323.25 - 1317.50

I'll just be able to trade the first hour tomorrow so maybe I'll get one in.

One of the things that I do all the time is that when I read something that I consider useful to me is that istead of trying to remember where it is and trying to find it again is that I spend some time typing it into a word document. It helps me remember it better and I have all of them in a trading folder on my desktop. I know it sounds stupid and annal but that is me.

That being said we are trying to get things together and do a charting and question session (live I hope). I thought it might be helpful for anybody who is new here to have some of the .docs that I have uploaded for you guys to read. So I copied ans pasted all of them into one BIG word document for all of you. It is about 30 something pages so I hope it doesn't bore you guys. It starts out with very basice stuff and goes all the way into the psychology of S/R and more. If the basic stuff bores you just keep moving down. I think by the end of this you will (I hope) have a better understanding of me and my method before we do the session.

the more u get involved the greater the liability. knowing u have very successful businesses going for you, and you tell these guys how and when to trade is there a liability that can set u up for a lawsuit? I mean the chatroom where you tell them where to put their money realtime real life? just food for thought...u r very helpful.....the appreciation is nil.......nada..by most.....the liability is big.....if u think they wish for anything but money u r wrong...if u cost them their money, think about it...u don't deserve to be in that position......be very careful...u deserve the best..........

That is not the purpose of the chat. It is a instructional charting session. Some people want to see how I figure my levels this is the best way for me to show. I have no intention of running any kind of trading chat thing. I am not Traders International or one those companies.

Topics to include:
Charting S/R
Position sizing
Bollinger Bands
Chartpatterns
My method with stocks
And anything else they have questions about

great.....i droopped in on one chat room eminis that really got wild as they called trades in their little trading contest which blew pup very shortly......i ust threw that in for fuel....but really is nsome thing to that .......i won't boteher the forum as trading intensity increases here with enough to keep me worried....lol.......yes the s/r has a lot to give if you use it them properly.......just not my stuff as i go with the flow when coming off s/r or braking thru all the same pattern.......but for you it is opprtunity and i respect that very much....i have so many good systems but paid dearly in time and effort for them......some are based on simple measurement to a point each turn, some are patterns, some are angles, line crossings, h/high's h/low's so forth and so on.....all are not lagging much at all....even the indicator based one, moving average....is not lagging much and someitmes not at all.......it all depends on what the meaning of is is ........

For chartpattern such as pennants, flags, where will you put your stop loss? Is it at the lowest part of where the pennant started with some wiggle room (for long entry)? Thanks.

Visitors & participients should realise that everyone is responsible for his/her trading actions.

4re is giving great information how he trades. He isn't telling us how we should trade. If you want to trade based on 4re rules you should backtest or papertrade those rules first and make your own decisions.

Most people believe that, when things go wrong, it's allways someone or something else that did it wrong. Never the trader himself. Once you realise that it's up to you to take responsability you're making a big step towards trading success!
