I still look for my number to trade with. Sometimes I do lose in choppy situations though. That is why I have a 2 loss in one day limit on my trading

I also use a two loss system. 2 losses and I am out.

Best way to do it IMO. Some days you just don't have it and I don't like to lose more in one day than I can make up in one day
