hmm, lets see.

indices, mixed;
bankers, soft;
but the internals are very strong, so there's no panic selling, and not much fear either.

pretty much what i'd expect to see today after yesterday's action.

it's retracing, but i'll just let this one play itself out.

Havent you stated in multiple threads how shorting is risky and you dont do it? Now on a nice move down, your magically short. And you even go as far as saying you only short. First you only go long, now you only go long. And it always corresponds to whats going on that day. Just an observation that is intersting to me...

Market dropped to within 0.50 of protective stop.

good catch boro45, i actually used to confuse the two myself when i frist started reading mymini's posts!

Man, the market lulls me to sleep, I stop paying attention for a while and BAM, there it goes.

From 1:45 until 2:40 (Central) my data shows the tick at or above 1000 on 10 out of 12 (5 min) candles. And at 2:15 it damn near hit 1500.

That is some serious, sustained program buying. Though it did peter out during the last 20 minutes.

I wonder if that will lead to overnight retail buying.

Thoughts anyone?
