What datafeeds have the S&P oscillator that Jim Cramer writes about? Does qcharts have it?

I think Jim is refering to a stochastics they use at his old hedgefund. I am not sure of the time frame though.

It is a propriertary overbought/oversold oscilator of S&P. Apparently it is very overbought now at 6.

cramer has been bullish at the top and bearish at the bottom for 2 years.im not sure i would want to use anything cramer uses.
