The s&p is at the upper end of its range, and thorn sees massive resistance around 1280-1290.

Posted on 6/29. Thorn i$ by far the be$t trader ET has ever $een.

Funny how technical analysis can apply with respect to support/resistance even a month after an initial application of resistance parameters.

Birdy trying to write something with an intellectual tone reminds me of the Bugs Bunny/ Road Runner episodes when they gave Wile E. Coyote a talking part. Priceless, just priceless.

Rennick

ps. the real purpose of this post was too declare a bullseye on a month old very vague post. yea nice call Birdy

So what can we conclude about his lack of reply to the question ?

"we" can conclude that thorn, like the rest of ET, has absolutely zero respect for your sorry arse, and feels zero need to answer you since a vast majority of ET has already voted that you have zero credibility on this site.

OK good. So you know now I don't trade es, didn't even know what it was until someone on this site told me.

Can someone tell me how a hedge fund manager would not know what ES is ?

You see bozo, when you invent fake quotes:

never take responsiblity for your slew of bad calls, and just plain act like a jerk, you're going to be ignored. ET has a bunch of real traders, they can see very well who the arse clowns are. And you, bozo, have earned zero respect and have zero credibility on ET. It's just like I said right above..

I was last Friday at 1280 before we pulled back, but as of today it was all long baby.
posted by bozo on 8/4 in the early morning w s&p @ 1290

looks like it's time for bozo to put me on "ignore" again :D

My premise for this thread is you were wrong once again and the sub premise is you lost money once again.

Really bozo? The premise and sub-premise of this thread were wrong? :D

Thorn is never wrong. 1265-1270 is massive resistance.

How does a hedge fund manage not know what
ES is ?

Quote from thorn:

OK good. So you know now I don't trade es, didn't even know what it was until someone on this site told me. I feel that there is massive resistance at 1280. Since the s&p closed today @ 1270.9, I would say there is more downside going forward then upside. In sum, the odds favor lower prices.

Help!! I'm being stalked by bozo the cyber clown.

Answer: when the hedge fund manager co-manages over $100M and only knows and understands the BIG s&p index contract, which he has dealt with his entire trading life. When he has no use for the "little-guy" es mini index for 1 lot traders who cannot afford playing the real s&p index contract.
