s&p index component and sectors weights

Hi

I need to find a website that lists the the sectors and the components of those sectors that are in nas 100 and s&p 100 if possoble with weightings that are somewhat current but does not have to be.

would be happy with sp 500 as well

yes thanks but already use the site,,, was hoping for sectors within the major indexs

such as material energy retial food tech etc

I know yshoo has a bunch of info but is very difficcult to pick through
