How fitting my last post comes on a T day, not just any T day but the 12th or 13 th in a row that closed green in a row. I have become a victim of my own theory. I was wrong about the top, I called for 1345 back in Feb when everyone was bearish as hell and calling for 1150-1180.

The last short term bottom I called turned out to be on the day that the exact 1220 low was put in. No one else on ET out of 50k members called it.

Unlike pabst I did not bet the farm on the call, I am a scalper by nature, that is what I do best. I can scalp 5 points from the shortside on a day the market is up 15. Is it logical? probably not but that is my style of trading. Good luck to all of you in your trading. Just to clarify something. My account has only dipped from 108k to 99k during my fixation with being short the past month and a half. A lot of it had to do with luck. I was short 15 cars at an ES average of 38.50 and I covered on impulse at an avg of 41.50. The market never looked back. I've never been short more than 10 since (for nano seconds) with a measly 5 lot short doing most the damage the past couple of days.

I'm STILL short 5 at 47. No plans to cover.......but someday, somewhere I'll sell more.

In solidarity, if you never post with any OTHER alias, then I'll leave also. My intention was ONLY to RETIRE the PABST moniker but it's not like this site has ever made me money. Well a Romeo call helped big one time.......:D
 
volente 00 may leave, but isn't he just going to get a new name and show up doing the same old things? Keep your eyes open for the same personality under a different name. Hopefully, he has the sense not to come back as volente 01.
 
At least he had the decency to make a sign-off post, unlike others that insist on sticking it out now without any credibility.
