I'm down in total about $600 in the past couple weeks. I've been holding this SPXS for way longer than I intended because I didn't place a stop-loss when I bought it last week.
So obviously my strategy needs improving.
I make bad trades too, daily. I just keep a careful eye on unrealized pnl and try to stop out if it reaches -200 red.
The only way I got past fomo re did I sell the bottom, is to immediately put a buy stop rebuy order in 50cents or so above where I stopped out.

You mean adults who said yesterday to get 5th mortgage on yet another all in, and then market tanks 3.6% immediately after. Dude just accept the fact that you know shit, learned nothing and your millions (if real) were due to longest bull market.
