Unless you have exchange membership/extremely low commish scalping is a losing game. Plain and simple. No need to backtest it. Maaaaaany have tried already.

Many will disagree with this but will put up nothing concrete to dispute it.
 
can anyone tell me if there is a thread with ES signals posted in real time to follow. im new here and was thinking about starting one based on my own algo swing trade signals. if anyone is interested let me know how to start a thread. i would advise any interested followers to paper trade only untill you fully understand how the signals work and are confident in its success. i also trade various ETFs, CL, USO, NG, UNG, GC etc
