S&P daily pivots and break-down & up Targets

LOL - so are we in a uptrend or downtrend? Seems I was right. The 10% move up was just short-covering as many, many, many retail investors still jumped on the (late) bandwagon - hoping for more losses.

Whoever put the orders in to test got them top bite. Then we get more retail investors move this thing up another 7% - volume not that heavy and well the same thing on the way down get them all to sell, sell, sell.

Now we are back where we should have pulled back the day after the 10% move. But since it was just short-covering. . .no one should have continued to buy. Institutional investors are just like a bear in the stream picking off salmon as they try and swim upstream.

Easy money while the rest of us just flail around. Am still awaiting for them to show their hand in the way of volume!!!

JB: Is there really a leading indicator (YEN?) that lets one know to stay the course with the 500 point short-covering rallies and sell-offs to lock in each and every 100 point move?

Yup, I guess it would be nice if one was shifted about 15 minutes ahead of the other, lol.

Not sure how you'd trade that - they are so correlated.
