Me too. Heavily short and embarrassed to admit it. I'm back to cash with a big WHEW and will sit out the next however long it takes to find out WTF is going on, if ever.
BTW the average joe, or even slightly above average joe, has no clue anything important is happening with the world's economic system. No clue. Bad.
I'm going to get some cash on my way home, I'm getting kind of paranoid.
Joe I hope you make a video, I know it's hard to tell what's going on, but I miss your videos when you don't make them :(.

Joe, I just can't watch this last twenty minutes of death.
As soon as I got home and turned on Bloomtv and saw that clock ticking and the votes not adding up I made a big bet and it "paid off", for me.
I got out and in and out and in and finally moved half my change into gld at 89 and am going to go outside and enjoy my roses and kitties and the warm Hawaiian Breeze.
This day is historic.
I chose a day job that I had to report to, and told my friend "I had to pick a day job with duty(pronounced doody by nurses, with a disgusted giggle). I spent time taking care of patients this morning, and had to stay late, after my shift....
I am lucky to have the next few days off (I work nights/weekends) to watch in awe as this breakdown continues.
I am at once brokenhearted and proud. Sad that we are here. Proud that our "leaders" are listening to their angry constituents and letting things fall where they may.
Sept. 29, 2008. Whew.
I'm glad I can garden, sew, and have no debt and a loving family.
I feel so bad for all of my coworkers, family, friends, neighbors who have bought into the MSM's "buy index funds/mutual funds" and have not looked at their accounts out of fear.
They all think it will come back. If and when it dawns on them the gravity of the situation, I fear panic.
Alas. A bad day, that had to happen. The mother of all hangovers.

I like Bob's videos and learned alot from those, but he spends way too much time talking about himself lol.
Now that he's promoting himself it's irritating.
I also prefer Joe's attitude, and style.
