S&P 500 prediction and trading strategy

Assuming one could predict with a success probability in the range from 60% to 70% whether the Close of the S&P 500-Index will go up or down tomorrow (that means a one day ahead prediction), what would be
a) an appropriate trading asset and
b) an appropriate trading strategy to gain profits from that prediction?
