How do you know that?

Sellers tried to push it lower on very heavy volume midday, after making new highs they give in. Just watching T&S.

Now people may once again see why the war on terrorism is a long and painful process, and that Bush is doing a great job.

Yeah, Bush is doing a terrific job . . .
Last time I checked, funding for the Border Patrol in 2006 includes a whole $37 million for 210 additional Border Patrol agents. In fact, since 911, Border Patrol staffing has grown by a mere 11% increase.

So much for protecting America.
Get real.

No, get lithium.

Figures the lithium kid would be against Bush and what he stands for. Since your obviously a french sympathizer, why don't you invite "Jordanian fighter" al-zarquawi to your home, and ask him to bring a few of his masked buddies.

Well, i don't think 1204 will be the top; we will go higher the next days i think.
But i don't known any thing about trading if it goes beyond daytrading.

Rubberbird,

i must admit that you were right in your predictions till yesterday. But as i see things in another timeframe i stay on my opinion that we will go higher. My analysis on daily data said from mid april long and still long. What we saw the previous days were only corrections. The fact that we recuperated so fast confirms that the trend was and still is long. Even the attack in London couldn't change the trend.
We should stay long for at least two weeks from now, as i see it now.

So we might be both right although we said the opposite thing; all depends of the timeframe that you are watching in.

spike,

you are correct. It appears I was correct until yesterday, but I did say S&P 1225 intermediate term high to begin the thread. But obviously once it crept over 1202 today, I was on the wrong end short term. Let's see if 1225 holds, because if it doesn't the maggots of ET will be all over this thread.

Good call, spike. I'm listening to you from now on!

I don't want to pretend i know the only truth, just wanted to explain that two contradictional opinions can both be right. It all depends on the way you organize your trades and in which timeframe you trade. So keep on posting, don't pay too much attention to comments of others, because otherwise you will stop posting. Just put yourself above the negative critics because the majority of ET members appriciate people that stick out there neck.

And even if you or me make losing trades, no problem, it's part of the game. You know with statistical certainty that i will be wrong x times a month.
You cannot be always right.
