S&P 500 daily watch

Hi Walther:
Just curious to see what you were doing. I notice the same deadbeats looking for useless information as to how much you made on each trade. Apparently they are too damn lazy to just do their own homework. In my world, this is the definition of a "piker". From experience, I have found that these are the kind of folks who couldn't find their ass even if they used both hands. I'm sure this will get deleted, but some things just have to be said. Good luck Walther. Steve46

thanks,
Good thing is that we have the ignore feature available.

It appears that the only thing anyone is seeking here is some validation that the "signal times" being posted can be converted into an "actual" trade in real time in the correct direction. Sounds like a reasonable request to me.

One has to look at the charts using provided indicators ( or their own setup ) and evaluate it for themselves . This is not a beginners stuff .

I have nothing against Walther or his method but it is difficult to see divergence on 1min chart when difference in price and indicator only one tick (0.25 ES) I am not able to recognize this small divergence live but it doesn't mean that Walther cannot either.

I will use today 10:25 signal as an example. If you look at the 2 min chart there is no top or bottom so it seems like a completely useless signal. Look at CCI indicator at 10:30, CCI divergence was formed and confirmed by 10:36 bar . Now look at the 1 min chart, compare and decide what timeframe is better for you .

I guess it's a good thing I'm not a beginner. I was just wondering if there was any more substance to the method beyond posting a time and after-the-fact direction, apparently not. Pretty thin for any newbies looking for some help.

You sound like you are pretty green at this .. If I can predict times when trade has a 70+% chance to be profitable one day ahead, do you think I can do it more accurate maybe 20 min ahead of the time ? Look at Tuesday times calculated 4 days in advance.
As far as direction goes, nobody knows in advance direction of a trade, you should be able to determine direction of a trade at any moment , unless you are a complete beginner.
If it is not enough substance ( spoonfeeding ) for you, too bad.

I've traded the SP/ES daily since 1998, so I think I passed green a long time ago. I was wondering what the point of posting times and nothing else achieved? If it's just ego, fine, the net is full of that. If your a vendor, your sales technique needs work. I see you mention CCI alot, if you REALLY want to see how that works, check out woodies room on hotcomm. There's an article on him and the room in Stocks and Commodities this month. Tell him limit sent you.

I want to show my ability to time any volatile market and get in touch with real traders, exchange ideas and keep improving my trading methods . If you are really trading and are profitable, your signals might be close to my posted times. Advantage of my timing method is that I know in advance when I will be trading and do not have to monitor market continuously. Which means less tear and wear on myself and overall better quality of life.

I am familiar with Woodie and his CCI methods, but I want to keep it as simple as it can be on this forum.
Woodie's published methods are basic at most, I am way ahead of what he makes public. I am sure than he knows much more than he gives away.
