Ruth Madoff’s Lawyer Says She Has Millions in Assets (Update1)

Well Let's hope so, considering the billions that B.M. swindled, that's like only having 5 pennies of a C Note left. Those weirdos spent billions, just spent billions of dollars.

The lawyers, however, have indicated in court documents that Madoff's $7 million Manhattan penthouse and an additional $62 million in assets should not be taken from the family because they are in his wife's name and did not result from any alleged fraud.

What exactly has the wife done to earn $62 million dollars in assets? And why do they need a $7 million dollar homes, and how did Ruth pay for this? They are criminals who bought all those stuff on the backs of other investors money. They should have to forfeit every last penny, and go live on the street so they can feel how some of their victims are living now.
