Ruth Madoff, Financial Genius. No way her $70 million has anything to do with Bernie

If she knew about Madoff's Ponzi scheme, which is pretty certain, this won't matter. She'll be sued for damages and lose.

BTW Madoff is pleading guilty to all charges without a plea deal, facing 150 years.

Sounds like Madoff didn't like the idea of having to testify against his wife and all employees.
