The Supreme Court was supposed to be the "final arbiter" against a potential dictatorial president and congress.... America's Rule of Law and system of "checks and balances" via the US Constitution.
Instead, the SCOTUS has morphed into an ideologically Leftist shitbag cabal, sadly.

but he is not a member of the Supreme ct. A body whose power rests, in part, on the the idea that justice is blind and that the justices are impartial arbiters of the law.
