RUT vs SPX credit spreads

Hey guys,

I notice that a lot more people are trading RUT now as opposed to SPX. What are the benefits of this? I notice that one can get more money from similar OTM credit spreads, but with this increased return,it seems that there also increased risk.

Trading RUT vs SPX is nearly identical to trading ER2 vs ES. Either there is an edge or there isn't. Imo there is no edge in it.
