This assertion by one of Putin's State Duma's mouthpieces is almost laughable -- until you understand the majority of Russian people are swallowing it hook, line, and sinker.
It seems to me that Trump supporters are pausing for thought seeing this, recognising it however they are prisoners of their neural architecture and will just fall in line with it again. This is why society needs one side to act as a prophylactic for the other when dealing with populists.
So how is Russia different than the Nazis?

I clicked in the middle of the video just to get the tone of it and the video guy is babbling on about how the Ukrainians are getting by by eating Russian rations. Heh. Okay. And the Russians they killed to get their rations are eating what now? And it is true that the largest supply of small arms weapons for Ukrainian soldiers is the weapons they have taken from the Russians they killed.
Yep. The Ukrainians have big problems. So do the Russians.
