I've been reading quite a bit of reports from the Ukrainian's perspective, and have definitely noted a reasonably high level of one eyed exageration of their success coming out of Ukraine, which should ring alarm bells.
If you mean by "propaganda" the spreading of falsehoods posing as information, and if you mean by "the West", the non-autocratic, democratic nations, then your statement is by definition false.

Piezoe is a major source of propaganda. He claimed Trump collude with Russia. After the mueller report was released, he claimed that the report concluded that Trump colluded with Russia. He was challenged to find the reference in the report that made this assertion. Well over a year later, I have not gotten anything from this propagandist.
This is text book propaganda. I wonder why the democrats did not want this story out in Oct 2020. They robbed the public from a key piece of information right before a Presidential election.
