So basically Ukraine has encircled 3000 Russian troops in Kursk, destroyed the bridges, and continually destroy the replacement bridges. The 3000 Russians are trapped -- they can either surrender or die.

Russia keeps trying to replace the bridges that Ukraine destroys. Ukraine is taking out those, too.
