That is why the Russians are pushing the Ukrainians back in Kharkiv to create a huge buffer zone to make it harder on Ukraine to attack the civilians in Belgorod. Ukraine has been attacking civilians directly in Belgorod instead, of the military targets and they wonder why they are losing the war? The Ukrainian banderistas just want to kill Russian civilians. Not to worry, Vladimir Putin will deal with them in due time. Ukrainians forced to move their reserves to Kharkiv, tying their forces in the north while, Russia tests their frontlines in other vulnerable areas. Russian offensive still to start so, it can only get worst for Ukraine. France better send those French troops in and Denmark better send those F-16s pronto. Russia is waiting.

Let's see what the new Russian Defense Minster is claiming.

Just keep in mind that Russia previously has claimed to have destroyed equipment that was never in Ukraine and at this point has claimed they have killed more Ukrainian defenders than the personnel found in all the European NATO armed forces combined.

Who knows, maybe the new defense minister is honest. Or he is just making up numbers to stay out of the gulag.
