Actually most of the FAB bombs are being used to target civilians in cities like Kharkiv. These glide bomb are basically a terror weapon akin to the V2 in WW2. The FABs are not very accurate in front-line areas where GPS jamming is present; they may be capable of taking out secondary command posts, supply dumps, etc. but are next to useless in a dynamic environment with moving targets (or targets such as mobile command posts, artillery, tanks, etc.) which are re-positioned regularly. Yes, they are destructive and are causing Ukraine issues at the front -- but simply adapting to using mobile positions has alleviated some of the issues. This simply leaves the FABs to attempt to target known fixed fortified positions at the front -- with the problem that many of them miss due to GPS jamming -- but they do hit something once in a while providing an entertaining boom for Russian propagandists.
