Those carts are used to only transport drones. It gives Russians an easy way to move the drones around and their electronic gadgets. They have numerous tanks, armored personnel carriers, including MLRS, thermobaric rocket launchers, self propelled artillery as well. There is a You Tube video of it and the Russians were explaining its use. It is not used in direct combat against the Ukrainians. Instead, they launch the lancet drones to destroy Abrams tanks, air defense systems, artillery pieces of Ukraine which are no match for the loitering drones of Russia. Russian drones have killed more Ukrainian soldiers and destroyed their heavy weapons in huge numbers. Those drones can even identify the targets they are hitting.

,, Any F-16 in the air above Ukraine will be considered a usage of a nuclear weapon and we will have every right to respond with nuclear weapons"

Based on that logic those golf carts are armored trains.
