Trump could have been bluffing, but with Trump you never know.

They seem to be an iconic part of Russian culture, i'm not sure what other iconic buildings Russia has, these are so famous, so a genius scare tactic/psyop against Putin by Trump.

And it worked, Putin didnt have the balls to go into Ukraine under a Trump administration.
