Man, that's a lot of cash. All of those Russians are corrupt. It is just a matter of what their price is, and you could buy critical military and kremlin level intel from all of them for just an extremely small amount out of the 300 billion. Very small. Most of them will let you sleep with their daughter for a couple bottles of vodka.

Putin will retaliate by confiscating western properties there but it will only hurt Russia. Vlad still has this fantasy that the war will end some day and sanctions will be lifted and westerners will return with big bucks to invest again. Nope. When you confiscate foreigners personal and corporate property, it takes decades to recover from a credit rating and investment interest point of view. And it comes at a time when their "unlimited friends" buddy China is sort of short on cash too.
