Finger's crossed that Gerasimov is kaput, no news lately, neither was seen in public (?)

Some sources say that Gerasimov's problems with alcohol are so severe that it is hard to know when he is dead. Apparently he goes into an extra severe alcoholic coma a few times a year and survives but functions at the level of a potato for a few weeks afterward.

Classy bunch those Ruskies.

Not sure what is true. I do believe that some of the Russians drink too much though.

For those wanted some context... there are claims Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov was eliminated in a recent attack on occupied Crimea on January 4th. He has not made a public appearance since the attack and nobody can confirm if he is dead or alive.
