With the Russian economy in the toilet and each man with skills removed from the economy driving a further decline -- the questions becomes "Where is the Kremlin going to get more soldiers from?" Certainly both sides in the Ukraine war have manpower issues at this point but Russia's is more acute due to their large losses. Is Putin going to beg North Korea and other allies to send him some men? Where will these soldiers come from for Russia?
