Israel cannot fight a two front war with both Hezbollah and Iran and Hamas too. The last war with Hezbollah was pretty bad for Israel with huge casualties and tanks destroyed and Hezbollah rained hundreds of missiles at Israel. Israel pulverized Lebanon but, Hezbollah survived with lots of missiles still in its arsenal. Iran is much stronger than Hezbollah with more advanced missiles and drones. Russia has been using Iran's Shaheed drones to destroy Ukrainian tanks provided by NATO. That is where the US comes in. US can attack Iran with its F-16s, F-18s and F-35s with impunity. The risk is Iran being able to hit US warships with its anti-ship missiles. War is never a one-sided thing as armchair analysts want to think. Any war with Iran will not be a cakewalk, easy peasy as armchair analysts dream of. Look at the Ukraine war, analysts keep telling us Ukraine is doing dandy and destroying Russian forces but, the opposite is true. They ignore the fact that Russia is stronger militarily and has upgraded all its weapons systems to prepare for war with NATO if they come into Ukraine.
Remember that crucial Russian gunpowder factory that Russian officials insisted caught fire because of "human error" and not enemy activity? Yeah, it just did it again.

So why will the war end suddenly? Will Russia recognize that it is bankrupting itself and cannot carry on? Will Putin face a sudden demise? Will Putin and his henchmen be tossed from power? Is there some type of secret peace negotiations going on that will result in Russia withdrawing in exchange for sanctions being dropped? How will this come about?
