remember anglo-turkish war? i went to gallipoli looking for a tomb, people died in wars.
That is also one reason why Ukraine continues to attack Moscow. Even though it does not do that much damage, it has caused Putin to move more and more air defenses to Moscow. Air defenses that are needed in Crimea.
He also needs more air defense in Belgorod, Engels air base below Moscow and at Sevastopol. By attacking those places sporadically it causes him to put more air defenses there which he would like to have at the Kerch Bridge.

I thought you said "Ukraine is not getting Crimea back". Why are all the Russians living there fearful and leaving?
civilian avoids fighting, if they have places to go, they can go.
making a fuss about liberating crimea will probably cost some lives, zelensky's.
i like status quo, saw wars in iraq already but don't push the bear, the eagle or the dragon. not ready for the consequences if any of these three lost, wallet too.

How would you feel if they were successful (lol) and took all of Ukraine .... and then moved on to the next country?

Obama and Joe Biden changed the status quo with Nuland’s cookies, inviting a fight. We’re doing it in Taiwan now, the whole East Asia will go up in flames. I was pro-trump too until this guy showed up as a self-centered buffoon. DC agenda is appalling, no place is safe.
