I think though Putin will make an offer to Wagner in exchange for security guaranties.

If Prigozhin gets what he want today then there are multiple possibilities from fast withdrawing from Ukraine to using nukes very soon. I have no idea what his strategic vision.

Russia has lost this war the day it started it. It was unwinnable. Clearly. As I said at the time.

But it is not over. Full withdrawal, including from Crimea, and reparations.
