You really should take a look the chart for the past 24 hours. Let's see if you are capable of doing this. It managed to recover a bit from a one month low after the drone attack. However the longer term trend is clear.

I don't trade rubles, but I do occasionally exchange them, nothing wrong with the exchange rate posted. People bypass exchanges nowadays using private exchange agreements. These sanctions have been bypassed ages ago, where is a will, there is a way.
