Mariupol is already re-built? LOL. On April 25, 2023 -- Google updated Google maps to show recent images of Mariupol. You can go to Google Maps and look at the images

Constructing a small number of apartment buildings in Mariupol for propaganda purposes does not mean that Russia has rebuilt Mariupol. The re-building of Mariupol is expected to take about 20 years after the Russians are ejected.
