I am a bit skeptical. But - it would be hilarious to see Ukraine take back those few square kilometers of Bakhmut that Russians spent 9 months and 100K killed/wounded to occupy. And Prigozhin's squealing would be something to behold.

I am a bit skeptical. But - it would be hilarious to see Ukraine take back those few square kilometers of Bakhmut that Russians spent 9 months and 100K killed/wounded to occupy. And Prigozhin's squealing would be something to behold.

There seems to be numerous localized offenses taking back territory during the past 48 hours. Russian Telegram channels are going nuts.

The reality however is that this seems to be more a localized "shaping of the line" rather than the big offense. However -- according to military experts -- this is something a military would do prior to launching a major front-wide offense. Especially if Ukraine is still waiting on more weapons and ammo to be delivered which may take up the next one to four weeks.

You can’t understand Russians using logical thinking, they are illogical in more ways than one. Yet, they have a lot of nuclear power and Ukraine can never win against a nuclear power. You can laugh about lack of ammunition, shit military tech, old ass tank during the parade, Putin is sick, comparing him to Hitler, etc. The list is huge. Yet, Ukraine is doomed. Ultimately, nukes will rule and I am afraid that this will lead to world wide Armageddon. You are naive if you think that Russia can somehow lose to NATO. There will be no winners if it gets to nuclear. Everyone will lose. Apart from elites, who will sit it out inside their bunkers. But you and yours will be well and truly FCUKed.

If my memory serves me right, one nation has already used nukes, what makes you so sure that nukes won’t be used again? I think one needs to be exceptionally naive to convince himself that nukes won’t be used. By saying naive, I’m being exceptionally kind.
